These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the services provided by Leadertech Solution (“Leadertech”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) at leadertech.io (the “Services”). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

You agree not to misuse the Services. You may not:

3. Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We may change our fees upon reasonable notice. You can cancel at any time, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

4. Free trial

We may offer a free trial. At the end of the trial, your plan will convert to a paid subscription unless you cancel beforehand. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue trials at any time.

5. Intellectual property

The Services and all related content, features, and functionality are owned by Leadertech and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of the content you submit, and grant us a limited license to host and process it solely to provide the Services.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases immediately. You may terminate your account at any time.

7. Disclaimers

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted or error-free.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Leadertech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising out of your use of the Services.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Leadertech operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. If a change is material, we will provide reasonable notice. Your continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
